Gloss on a piece of paper placed bewteen fol. 18 and 19 and fol. 34 and 35. Foliation in black ink using Arabic numerals (strats with "1... Collation: Paper, fol. i, 121, ii ; i (fly-leaf) + 112 (-1, before fol. 1) 2-912 1012 (+2, fol. 120-121) + ii (fly-leaves) ; catchword on the verso of each leaf. Copy completed at the end of Jumādá II [no date] by Wa---? ibn ʻAbd Allāh (colophon, fol. 121b). Acquired from Abraham Shalom Yahuda, 1942.
