Foliation: Paper, i (later paper) + 83; [1-83]; modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto.
Script: Written in a cursive script by a single hand with corrections in at least one other hand.
Binding: Contemporary vellum, repaired and rebacked with vellum.
Origin: Written in Florence after 1555.
Several folios damaged on corners with loss of text.
Purchased, 1960.
