Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "Sh 132" (repeated on the pastedown of the upper cover). Origin: According to colophon, copied by ʻUmar ibn ʻUthmān, Saturday 1 Rajab ("awwal shahr Rajab") 725 [June 13, 1325] (fol. 150a). Ownership statement on the pastedown of the upper cover.
