Foliation: i (19th-century paper) + 8 + 46 + iii (19th-century paper); 1⁶ 2⁴⁶; [i-viii, 1-46]; modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto; f. 1-46 has contemporary pagination in ink, 3-92, upper center.
Layout: Written in 27-32 long lines.
Script: Written in italic script, in one hand.
Decoration: Nine engraved portraits of Hungarian kings cut out from a 17th-century Latin history of Hungary and pasted on added leaves by Damiano Muoni (f. iii recto - v recto).
