Table of contents on fol. 1b. Stained with water; leaves misplaced... Origin: According to colophon, copied by ʻAbd al-ʻAzīz ibn Ḥājjī Muḥammad ibn Abī al-Fatḥ al-Ḥājj al-Ḥāfiẓ al-mulaqqab bi-ʻIzz al-Iṣfahānī in al-Shamsīyah, fī baldat Īraj(?), on 3 Ṣafar 778 [June 22, 1376] (fol. 146a).
