Light cream paper, glossy, with laid and chain lines visible. Ḥāshiyah on the margin. Inscriptions and short excerpts on fol. 201a-202b. Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals (omits the first fol.). Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "1251 Ḥ". Origin: According to colophon, copied by ... ibn Ḥājjī Maḥmūd ibn Shaykh Maḥmūd in 866 H. from a copy written from a copy in the hand of al-Sayyid al-Sharīf (fol. 200a). Impression of a circular seal on fol. 1a (repeated on fol. 1b and 200a). Acquired from Abraham Shalom Yahuda, 1942.
