Inscriptions on fol. 63b-64a, including a... Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "Ṣ tā 43". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "1354/2 Ḥ". Origin: According to colophon, copy completed in Ṣafar 991(?)
