Origin: Copy completed on 9 Muḥarram 605 [July 24, 1208] by Muḥammad ibn Sulayman ibn QṬRMSH (colophon, fol. 199a). Several ownership statements on fol. 1a (some dated: 1052 H., 1150 H., 1200 H.). Acquired from Abraham Shalom Yahuda, 1942.
