Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "Lisān 2". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "Ḥāʼ 502". Origin: Text 1 completed on Monday 26 Ṣafar Ḥāʼ-Sīn-Dāl [864] by Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad al-Dahanī(?) al-Khwārizmī (colophon, fol. 183b). From the books of Aḥmad Najīb ibn Aḥmad Ṭāhir (ownership statement dated 1285 H. on fol. (i)a). Acquired from Abraham Shalom Yahuda, 1942.
