21-23 lines per page. Written in medium small naskh in black ink faded to brown, with larger script for headings, and some use of green ink. Cream paper with pulp visible. Fol. 1 is a later replacement on glazed European paper with watermark. Water damaged. Some leaves are repaired with loss of text on the edges. Last fol. particularly damaged. Inscription in Roman and Arabic script on a label...
Copy completed in 880 H. (colophon, fol. 137b, unclear).
