Leaves originally folded in half. Title supplied by cataloger (Zacour-Hirsch). Incipit: O gloriosa vergene Maria / Regina dellu celu et de omne gente / Prestame gratia nella mente mea / Che io te pocza ludare digniamente / Tu che sei Mater del filiolu de deu.... (f. 1r). Explicit: Et ihesu christu volliate pregare / Che se vollia dignare per vostro amore[?] / De perdonareme ca so peccatore. De[o] gratias. (f. 7v). Foliation: Paper, i (modern paper) + 7 + i (modern paper); [1-7]; modern foliation in pencil, lower right recto. Origin: Written in southern[?] Italy in the 15th century. The orthography and the many endings in -u suggest this. Script: Written in a Gothic cursive script by a single hand. Binding: Modern vellum over boards. Layout: Written in 2 columns of 55-60 lines.
