Ms. codex. Title from fol. 2a. The text has a colophon in verse mentioning Mustafa bin Mehmet Selman [scribe?] -- colophon (fol. 215b). 17 lines per page. Written in a medium small nastaʻlīq in black ink with use of red, green and some gold for rubrication. Text is written in two columns inside a gold leaf frame outlined in black ink, with columns also separated with lines in gold leaf. On fol. 1b-2a the frames are further outlined with a line of blue, and fol. 1b has an illuminated head piece in gold leaf with blue, orange... Ownership statement on fol. 216b in the name of Mustafa Hamdi, a nephew of Alipaşazade, dated 2nd of Jumādá al-Ūlá 1205 (1791) and accompanied by two stamps in his name. Originally acquired by Robert Garrett from Abraham Shalom Yahuda ; 1942. Acquired from Abraham Shalom Yahuda.
