Copied by Seyit Osman el-Üveysî bin Seyit Şeyh Mehmet Esat bin Şeyh Osman bin Şeyh Mustafa bin Şeyh Emrullah, "the servants of the noble cloak", i.e the keepers of the Prophet Muhammad's mantle in the Topkapi Palace Museum in Istanbul, and completed on the 20th of Rajab 1176 (1763) -- colophon (fol. 232a-b).
17 lines per page. Written in a small nastaʻlīq in black ink with use of red. Text is written inside a frame in gold leaf outlined in black ink. Fol. 2b-3a have wide frames in gold leaf with lines in red and silver along the inner edge.
