14-30 lines per page. Written in a small nastaʻlīq in black ink with use of red for rubrication. Catchwords on the verso of each leaf. Glazed European paper. Fol. 2a has a table of contents in black ink. Marginal annotations in Arabic.
Ownership statement on fol. 3a in the name of Mehmet, "the naip at Galata", dated [Rajab?] 1163 (1750).
Three rectangular ownership stamps on fol. 3a in the name of Seyit Osman.
