12 lines per page. Written in a medium small, fairly casual nastaʻlīq in black ink with use of red for rubrication. Catchwords on the verso of each leaf. Cream paper with visible chain lines and watermarks. Some verses added on fol. 4b and an inscription on fol. 129a-b.
