Copied by Mehmet, known as Sufi Dede, resident of the Koca Mustafa Paşa Hanegah (Istanbul?) and completed on the 25th of Rabīʻ al-Awwal 1242 (1826) -- colophon (fol. 4a).
21 lines per page. Written in a medium sized naskh in black and red ink (the script inside the tables in smaller). The text (and the tables) are inside a double line frame in red ink. On fol. 1b-2a the frames are in gold leaf outlined in black ink. Fol. 1b has an illuminated head piece in gold with green, blue and red watercolors.
