Physical description: 17 lines per page; written in naskh in black on glazed, laid European paper. Rubrication and catchwords; a few marginal notes. First and last leaves pasted to olive green flyleaves. Lower corner of fol. 91 has been cut off.
Decoration: Five Cabalistic illustrations with Hebrew writing on fol. 7b (Star of David amulet), 31b (Tree of Life), 49b, 61b, 80b. Plates were pasted over existing text and are probably modern. Each plate is accompanied by the stamp of Muḥammad Ṭāhir; the stamp is also present on fol. 91b.
