17 lines per page. Written in an elegant medium large taʻlīq in black ink with use of red for rubrication. The text is written in two columns. On fol. 1b-2a the text is inside a frame outlined in gold leaf, and fol. 1b has a simple illuminated head piece (ʻunwān) in gold leaf, with the title inside it in red ink.
