Ms. codex. Title from start of the text on fol. 1b. Copied by Mehmet Recep el-Buharî, and completed in 1251 (1835-36) -- colophon (fol. 120a). 19 lines per page. Written in a small nastaʻlīq in black ink with use of red for rubrication. The text is written in two columns separated with lines in red ink, and inside a text frame outlined in two lines of red ink. On fol. 1b-2a the text frames and the lines inside the frames are in gold ink (faded to silver). Fol. 1b has an illuminated head piece consisting of a large foliage motif in...
