Decoration: Simple illuminated headpiece with the basmalah written in gold. Opening spread frame-ruled in gold and black (fol. 1b-2a).
A signature accompanied by two seals on fol. 1a reads: "min el-muhlis Abdullah Bey". A rectangular seal impression with the name of Feyzullah [?], dated 1212 (1797-98), on fol. 60a and again on fol. 71b.
