Fol. 3b has an illuminated head piece in gold leaf with blue, orange, green and purple watercolors. Catchwords on the verso of each leaf. Glazed European paper. Ff. 49-58 loose. Ownership statement on fol. 3a (as part of the title), in the name of Seyyid Ahmet, son of Seyyid Mehmet the Mufti (fī zamānihi), saying that he bought it from Sünbülzade Salih Efendi, dated 1218 (1803-4), and accompanied with a circular stamp inscribed "Waffaqa Rabb umūr Aḥmad".
