21 lines per page. Written in a medium large nastaʻlīq with elements of ruqʻah in black ink. Catchwords on the verso of each leaf. Thick glazed paper with visible laid lines. Short inscriptions on fol. 1a, most of them faded and illegible. Several short inscriptions on fol. 373a, 373b and 375a.
