19 lines per page. Written in a fairly casual small ruqʻah in black ink. Text is written inside a single line frame in blue ink. Catchwords on the verso of each leaf. Light cream wove paper. Some water damage to the paper, chiefly at the start (ink faded or smudged). Foliation in pencil in Western numerals. Short inscription on fol. 1a: "Nümero 8".
