Ff. 39-40 repaired with some loss to the text and marginal notes. Fol. 1a has the beginning of the text (7 lines) written on the lower half of the page and inverted. Copied in Rabīʻ al-Awwal 1136 -- colophon (fol. 40b). Quarter leather with blue paper over pasteboard. Same blue paper as pastedown combined with cream paper in cut-out design. Two labels on cover: "Risale-yi Birkili, kıymet" and "F.G. 16".
