Ms. codex. Title from fol. 1a (hardly legible later addition). 17 lines per page. Written in a small taʻlīq in black ink with use of red for rubrication. Catchwords on the verso of each leaf. Glazed European paper with watermarks. The final lines of poetry on fol. 55b are followed by an epilogue on fol. 55b-56a, entitled "Takriz-i Vahid li-Divan-i Layla Hanım".
