Ms. codex. Title from leaf 1a and spine label by a later hand. Physical description: 13-17 lines per page; written in neat naskh in black by different hands on glazed, laid European paper. Small, simply illuminated ʻunwān in gold on leaf 2b. Text framed in gold on leaves 2b-3a; remainder of text framed in red. Rubrication and catchwords. Text 1 foliated in Arabic script beginning on leaf 4. Some staining. In excellent condition. Origin: Texts 1, 3, 1155 H [1742 or 1743] (leaves 87a, 107b). Text 2, 1179 H [1765 or 1766], by Mehmet Ṣehrî (leaf 91a). Remaining texts likely completed around the same time. Acquired by Robert Garrett from Brill, 1925, from the books of Murād Bey al-Bārūdī (Beirut).
