Ms. codex. Title from fol. 1b. 17 lines per page. Written in very small taʻlīq in black ink with use of red for rubrication. Text is written inside a single line frame in red ink. The frames on ff. 1b-2a and 11b-12a are in gold leaf outlined in black and red ink. Fol. 1b and fol. 12a have illuminated head pieces beautifully executed in embossed gold leaf with pink, blue, red and orange watercolors. Catchwords on the verso... Ownership statement on fol. 1a, accompanied by a signature in gold glitter ink and a stamp, in the name of Celaleddin. The stamp bears the date '286 (1869-70).
