Ms. codex. Title from fol. 1a. Copied by Ubeydullah Mustafa ibn Ahmet and completed on the 24th of Shawwāl 958 (1551) -- colophon (fol. 134b). 17 lines per page. Written in very small nastaʻlīq in black ink with use of red for rubrication. Fol. 2-24 are of an earlier date, and are written in very small naskh in black ink with use of gold for rubrication. Fol. 2b has an illuminated head piece executed in gold leaf with blue, orange and white watercolors. The text on fol. 2-24 is inside a gold leaf frame outlined in black ink... Ownership seal in the name of Mehmet bin Veli [?], dated 1043 (1633-34) on fol. 137a. Ownership stamp in the name of Derviş Ali Hulusî, with the date '256 (1840-41) on fol. 2b, 134b and 136a. Ownership statement in the name of Seyyid Abdullah Cemaleddin on fol. 1a. Originally acquired by Robert Garrett from Abraham Shalom Yahuda ; 1942. Acquired from Abraham Shalom Yahuda.
