Foliation: Paper, 22 leaves; [i, 1-21]; modern foliation in pencil, upper right recto. One catchword, mostly trimmed away (f. 8v).
Layout: Written in 39 long lines; frame-ruled in lead, mostly erased, with bounding lines occasionally visible.
Script: Written in a German Gothic cursive script.
Binding: Later boards.
Explicit: [text] ... bona et vera fide integrum in se Ihesu Christo iaceat fundamentum. Amen. [rubric] Explicit tractatus de cognicione sui ipsius editus anno domini millesimo quadringentesimo tricesimo sexto Ihesu Christi ad laudem et gloriam etc. (f. 20v).
Watermark: Briquet Raisin 12992 (Genevè, 1420); f. 21, similar to Briquet Raisin 13074 (Lyon, 1587).
