Physical description: 15 lines per page, in two columns; written in nastaʻliq in black on tan glazed, laid Arabic paper. Headings in red; catchwords and marginal notes. Edges flecked with red ink. Damp staining around edges; text blurred on some pages; a few paper repairs.
Origin: 28 Jumādá I 1120 H [15 August 1708], by Muḥammad Aʻẓam Ḥusaynī valad-i Sayyid Hāshim ibn Sayyid Muḥsin (fol. 237a).
