Foliation: Paper, i (17th-century(?) paper) + 18; [i, 1-18]; modern foliation in pencil, lower right recto.
Script: Written in a cursive script.
Decoration: 8-line initial with curlicues and multiple repetitions of the letter (f. 1r); 3-line initial with curlicues (f. 9r).
Origin: Written in Salamanca on 21 November and 21 December 1540 (f. 1r, 9r).
Paper worn, fraying and torn at edges. Stains, possibly due to water damage. Possibly some oxidation of ink. First leaf very loose.
