Physical description: 15 lines per page, in two columns; written in elegant nastaʻliq in black on cream glazed, laid Arabic paper. Text and columns framed in gold. Catchwords. Some damp staining and a few paper repairs; in good condition.
Decoration: On fol. 1b-2a, the title is set within four rectangles above and below the text, decorated with blue, red, and gold floral designs. Title in large gold script. Illuminations mildly smudged.
Origin: Shaʻbān 910 H [1505], by Nāṣir al-Dīn ibn Yaḥyá (fol. 157a).
Ownership note by ʻUthmānʹzādah dated 1149 H [1736 or 1737] (fol. 138b). Ex libris of A.S. Yahuda on inner front cover. Acquired from Abraham Shalom Yahuda, 1942.
