Physical description: 15 lines per page. Written in medium large shikastah. The paper has been frame-ruled (also diagonally on the margins between the inner and outer frames).
Decoration: Illuminated title page in gold and color (fol. 1a).
Decoration: The ms. contains 116 small miniatures representing fruits and plants, including a plum tree (fol. 79a), a fig tree (fol. 84b), a banana tree (fol. 109b), tarragon (fol. 115a), etc.
Typed catalog entry, with annotations in pencil, pasted on fol.1a, reading: "Sadruʼd-DinʼAli: Tibb-iʼ Adil Shāhi a Persian Medical Work dealing with the properties of drugs, written in Indian nastaʻliq within gold and coloured rules on 140 leaves, with illuminated sarlouh, and 116 small miniatures of medicinal plants.
