Physical description: 11 lines per page in two columns; written in neat nastaʻliq in black on modern paper. Headings in red; catchwords. Columns and headings marked off by red lines; text framed by gold and blue with a red line in the outer margin. Impression of a seal containing a lion on the outer margins of fol. 1-3, 48. Text block mostly detached from binding; otherwise in good condition.
Decoration: On fol. 1a, polychrome and gold illuminated ʻunwan consisting of floral design and geometric patterns; title and basmalah in separate boxes shaded gold. A small, realistic squirrel has been painted over the header at the top. Center space between columns has been filled with gold curvilinear pattern on fol. 1a-2b.
