Damp staining in margins and some paper repairs; first leaf torn and last two leaves detached. Inserts between fol. 41-42, 147-148, 175-176.
Origin: Copy completed 16 Dhū al-Qaʻdah 1117 H. [1 March 1706] (fol. 237a).
Blacked-out owner's stamps on fol. 1a. Several owner's stamps on fol. 237a, one of which is dated 1123 H. [1711 or 12].
