On front cover: Label reading "473" in Arabic script.
On spine: Partially torn label reading "[...]j al-munīr" in Arabic script.
Physical description: 13 lines per page; written in nastaʻliq in black on glazed, laid European paper. Rubrication and catchwords. Slight insect damage and damp staining, mostly marginal. Paper repairs to opening and closing leaves. Textblock partially detached from binding.
Origin: According to the statement on fol. 58b, the text was completed at the end of Rabīʻ al-Awwal 1032 H. [January 1623]; however, this conflicts with the date of Rabīʻ al-Awwal 1030 H. [February 1621] given in the mss. British Museum, Add. 26,293 and Bodleian, Ouseley Add. (no. 9). - Keyword:
