Physical description: 14 lines per page, in two columns; written in nastaʻliq in black on thin, white, glazed, laid Arabic paper. Catchwords. Text framed in blue, gold, orange and green. First leaf reinforced with silk. Light smudging; otherwise in excellent condition. Decoration: Lavishly illuminated two-page spread on fol. 1b-2a, consisting of seven couplets set within rectangles, on a curvilinear border set upon a large rectangle; executed in a delicate floral pattern in gold, blue, orange, and lavender. Illuminated ʻunwān on fol. 208b in similar colors. Columns separated by a gold line filled with lavender and green flowers. Last couplet of each ghazal...
