Text and columns framed in red on fol. 1b-2a, 5b-6a, 24b-25a, 38b-39a; catchwords. Extensive damp staining causing blurring of text, particularly in upper outer corner. Decoration: Small illuminated ʻunwān on fol. 1b, with title in central gold lozenge in white. Two minatures: on fol. 6a, two women share a drink while two female musicians play and a man looks in; on fol. 25a, a shaykh speaks to a young man on a camel while other men look on from behind some hills.
