Some foxing, smudging, and damp staining; otherwise in good condition. Decoration: Illuminated ʻunwān on fol. 9b in gold, blue, red, and green in a delicate floral pattern. Gold box left for title but not filled in. Remainder of text and table of contents are framed in gold and black; frames are empty on fol. 8b-9a. On fol. 1a: Two owner's stamps dated 1236 H. [1820 or 21]. Owner's statement by Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad Rasūl al-Kāshānī dated 1261 H. [1845 or 6].
