On front cover: Label reading "383" in Arabic script.
Physical description: 15 lines per page; written in neat naskh in black on glazed, laid Arabic paper. Rubrication and catchwords; a few marginal notes. Fol. 111a blank. Light staining and smudging; some foxing.
Origin: Dated 23 Rabīʻ I 1105 H. [22 November 1693] by Muḥammad Maʻṣūm ibn Mullā Shāh Muḥammad (fol. 110b), and 12 Ṣafar 1105 H. [13 October 1693] by Muḥammad Saʻīd ibn Mullā Shāh Muḥammad (fol. 145a). This is likely the same copyist as the script is nearly identical throughout the ms.
On fol. 145a, owner's stamp of Muḥammad ʻAbd al-Ḥasan dated 1185 H. [1771 or 2].
