Foliation: Unfoliated. Foliation supplied by cataloger.
Layout: Written in 18 long lines, below top line. Ruled in lead with full-length vertical bounding lines and a full-length horizontal bounding line in the upper margin.
Script: Written by a single hand in Gothic rotunda.
Decoration: 1- to 3-line initials in plain red; rubrics in red.
Music: Contains square notation on five-line staff in red.
Binding: Unbound.
Origin: Probably written in Italy in the fifteenth century.

In good condition except the ink is abraded and friable in places. Minor soiling on both sides of the leaf, especially around the corners.
MS Q95 probably comes from a breviary; Psalm 136 (137) and Psalm 138 (139) are antiphons in musical notation. This section of the liturgy of the hours comes from the fifth feria (Thursday).
