Rubrication and catchwords; some marginal notes, particularly at beginning and end of ms. Change of hands on fol. 117b. Extensive damp staining; numerous paper repairs resulting in loss of text on some leaves. First and last folios are replacements. Incomplete at beginning and end. Origin: According to note by a later hand, this copy was completed 2 Ṣafar 1003 H [17 October 1594] (fol. 126a). Owner's note of Joseph Hashimi dated 16 December 1925 [note in Persian, name in Western script] (fol. 1a). Owner's stamps throughout ms.
