Physical description: 23 lines per page; written in nastaʻliq in black on tan glazed, laid Arabic paper. Text framed in blue, red, gold, and green. Edges speckled blue. First leaf missing; likely it contained an illuminated ʻunwān as the text on fol. 1a is illuminated with cloud bands on gold ground. Rubrication and catchwords. Some damp staining, foxing, and paper repairs; fol. 1-2 are... Origin: Copy completed 26 Ṣafar 1007 H [28 September 1598] (fol. 398a).
