Physical description: 23 lines per page; written in small naskh in black on machine-made paper. Rubrication and catchwords; some marginal notes. Foliated incorrectly in Arabic script; record follows correct Western foliation. Light staining; text on fol. 1b-2a partially effaced or smudged. Otherwise in excellent condition.
Origin: Copy completed by Muḥammad Bāqir ibn Muḥammad Ḥasan in Rabīʻ II 1296 H [March-April 1879] (fol. 154b).
Note on fol. 153b dated 1309 H [1891 or 2].
