Text begins on p. 3. Pages 1 and 2 bear inscriptions of ownership or donation. Pages 3 and 52 bear an inspection stamp dated 1315 H. Page 49 bears 5 owners' stamps dated from 1160 to 1198 H. Ms. in nastaliq in several different hands on unglazed paper. 35 x 22.5 cm. Some vocalization. Text in black, blue, green and red ink. Some diagrams also in gold. Some marginal notes. Paper is European laid stock. Leaves are thin and very fragile. Most sheets show repairs to margins; some text has been lost. Large water stains. Two watermarks appear: one is a shield surmonted by a crown with the letters GR below; the second shows the letters HR.
