Damp-stained; insect damage in text area; numerous paper repairs. Leaf 4 detached. Origin: Shaʻbān, by al-Muḥammadī (opening and closing) and Mīr Muḥammad ʻĀrif (remainder of manuscript) (leaf 192b). According to Moghadam, likely 18th century. Acquired from Widgery, Cambridge, 1925.
