Physical description: 18 lines per page; written in naskh with elements of nastaʻliq in black on tan glazed, laid Arabic paper with visible fibers. Rubrication and catchwords; marginal corrections. Edges flecked with red. Several charts. Numerous paper repairs, some insect damage, and occasional staining.
Origin: 4 Jumādá II 1203 H [2 March 1789], by Muḥammad; collation (taḥrīr) completed on 2 Rabīʻ II 1227 H [15 April 1812], by Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad Ibrāhīm ibn Muḥammad Ṭayyib al-Qinnawjī, who states that this copy was made from the author's original (leaf 106a).
On leaf 106b, note dated 22 Ṣafar 1275 H [1 October 1858]. Acquired from Widgery, Cambridge, 1925.
