Text framed in blue, red, and gold; columns separated by double gold lines. Occasional catchwords. Some staining, smudging, and paper repairs. Paper disintegrating around frame on fol. 1. Fol. 66a-71a written upside-down. Numerous additions, mainly poetry quotations from Rūmī, by different hands throughout ms. in margins, on leaves that were originally blank, and on flyleaves, bearing dates ranging from 1283-1372 H.
