Physical description: 25 lines per page; written in nastaʻliq in black on glazed, laid European paper. Catchwords and rubrication. Some staining, foxing; a few marginal paper repairs.
On fol. 317a, birth notice dated 1 Ramaḍān 1244 H [6 February 1829]; second birth notice dated 10 Ramaḍān 1249? [smudged]; accompanied by two owner's stamps. Additional owner's stamps on fol. 350a.
