On front cover: Label reading "27" in Arabic script.
Physical description: 12 lines per page, in 2 columns; written in nastaʻliq in black on tan glazed, laid Arabic paper. Text framed in blue and gold; columns separated by double gold lines. Headings in red; catchwords. Illuminated ʻunwān on fol. 1b is mostly rubbed out. Some staining and mildewing; fol. 1-10 repaired. Last few leaves missing.
The date 1386 is written in pencil on the inside cover; price given on fol. ia is 30 riyāl.
